This travel cajon features a similar sound to a bongo, offering a higher pitched and cutting percussive tone that can be used as a solo instrument or in ensembles

The beech plywood body aids the resonance of the instrument, making this compact cajon easy to be heard. As well as this, the unique deformities of ebony-burl wood forms the tone of this cajon, thanks to the distinctive circular wood grain.
