The AKG P120 is an entry-level condenser microphone, perfect as an all-rounder microphone that can record virtually any source. The P120 features a 2/3-inch diaphragm with a cardioid polar pattern. The cardioid pattern is designed to minimise unwanted noise, capturing sources from the front of the microphone. This makes the P120 ideal for capturing studio-grade vocal recordings.
The low-mass diaphragm delivers a clear and accurate sound with exceptional detail. It also features a switchable bass-cut filter that eliminates rumble. The microphone also includes a switchable attenuation pad for handling higher sound pressure levels ranging up to 150dB.
