The Ibanez AF75 features a body constructed entirely from maple, delivering a bright attack, plenty of bite, excellent definition and long lasting sustain. In addition, its all-maple build provides the AF75 with bright sizzling highs and a strong upper mid-range. Furthermore, a pair of classic F soundholes are also incorporated into the soundboard, offering an increased amount of acoustic projection.
Construction from mahogany, the AF75's neck produces a fat warmth with plenty of resonance. Additionally, mahogany's nature allows it to respond greatly to numerous playing styles and techniques with ease, perfect for unleashing a player's true potential. Furthermore, the neck is topped with a Laurel fingerboard that adds a sonically pleasing warmth with added clarity to the guitar's overall sound. For added aesthetic appeal, the fingerboard is decorated with acrylic block inlays.
Equipped with a set of Classic Elite pickups, the Ibanez AF75 produces classic tones with a jazz vibe. The ceramic humbuckers offer sweet, warm tones that add plenty of life to the guitar's sound, while its moderate output ensures that the sound can cut though the densest mix. Both pickups are incredibly responsive to allow each note to shine, enhancing your playing style and creating a very versatile instrument.
