The JHS Pedals Mini Bomb Boost can be used to enhance the sound of both electric and bass guitars in a number of ways, but truly shines when used in tandem with an overdrive or distortion pedal. If placed in front of your distortion effects, the Mini Bomb Boost will drive it harder, yielding a fatter, more heavily saturated tone. Conversely, if place afterwards, the Boost raises the volume of your distorted sound without altering its character - perfect for solo passages.
