The Martin GPCPA4 features a solid sitka spruce top which produces a versatile sound that is able to accommodate numerous genres and techniques with ease; from lighter fingerpicking styles, to heavier more aggressive strumming patterns. In addition, its stunning sitka spruce top also yields a crisp and articulate tone with a broad dynamic range, and a focused, clear sound of deep lows, warm mid-range, and bright singing highs. Furthermore, the solid top is accompanied by East Indian rosewood back and sides, which combined with its sitka spruce top provides players with an incredibly balanced and versatile palette of tones. The rosewood back and sides also produce rich warmth with superb resonance and volume.

Fishman F1 Analog

Equipped with a Fishman F1 Analog system, the Martin GPCPA4 becomes perfect for live, studio and rehearsal purposes. The Fishman F1 Analog offers a convenient tuning system, by pressing and holding the volume button until the tuner turns on and pressing the volume to turn off. Additionally, the innovative tone knob also lets the player chose between a natural, and an undersaddle sound. Furthermore, the player is also able to adjust their amplified tone by turning the tone knob clockwise to blend in a mid-scooped tone with emphasised bass and treble with a reduced mid-range. Furthermore, the player can turn the tone knob counter-clockwise for more depth and clarity to the amplified sound, perfect for the player with a heavier strumming pattern.
