Loaded with a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers at the neck and bridge positions, this Ibanez Iron Label 2018 offers excellent versatility. Fishman Fluence pickups are free from hum and other unwanted background noises, providing a pure and clean tone. Fluence pickups are also multi-voiced, and allow you to easily switch between the two unique voices, which can be accessed via standard switches or push-pull controls.

The Alnico neck pickup delivers a classic, explosive sound, with two voices for added versatility. With voice 1 producing a full, high output tone with excellent articulation, and voice 2 producing a crisp and clean neck tone. The Ceramic bridge pickup has great punch and an aggressive tone which works well paired with the Alnico Neck. Voice 1 has the classic active humbucker sound of a crisp, tight bass with great crunch, and voice 2 has excellent dynamics and a high output.

Beautiful Tonewood Combination

Constructed from a variety of beautiful tonewoods, the Ibanez RGDIM6FM offers plenty of versatility, and superb playability. The double cutaway body is crafted with an ash middle, a mahogany back and is topped with flame maple. Ash brings a full-sounding tone, with defined mids and a strong bottom-end, whilst the mahogany back offers a rich warmth and flame maple delivers both sonically and visually. The RGDIM6FM has a 3-piece neck made from both maple and purpleheart, and it is topped with an ebony fingerboard for enhanced snap and twang.

Plenty of Ergonomic Features

This Ibanez Iron Label Guitar features angled frets which ergonomically coordinate with the way the player's hand pivots as it moves up and down the neck, for quick and comfortable playability. The multi scale construction offers both short scale and long scale in one neck, allowing players to achieve immense tonal possibilities. It also has Ibanez's own Nitro Wizard neck, providing an extremely playable guitar that is ideal for lead guitarists. The thinner neck helps to perform swift and quick guitar runs seamlessly whilst retaining enough substance to ensure a thick and full resonance when playing rhythm patterns and chords.
