The VSX-424-K receiver supports music playback and control for your iPod or iPhone. The Advanced Sound Retriever will restore your compressed audio to CD quality output, while the Auto Level Control equalises volume level differences between the tracks. Easily connect your gaming console, Blu-ray player, and other HDMI-capable devices for high definition video and audio. For the ultimate home cinema experience, the VSX-424 supports HDMI 2.0 and will pass through 4K Ultra HD video.

This AV receiver is provided with the "Made for iPod and iPhone" label, letting you enjoy music from your iPod/iPhone. The front USB terminal allows a direct connection, also providing battery charge for your devices. This AV receiver supports the latest Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio surround soundtracks, so you can enjoy uncompressed, high-definition multichannel audio from Blu-ray discs, as well as from other media.

Use the ECO Modes to save energy. ECO Mode 1 is suitable for playing CD's, 2 channel audio files and internet radio. The more energy efficient ECO Mode 2 also works with movies, live concerts and other surround content. Each AV receiver has an easily accessible front USB terminal, to playback your favourite tracks. It supports all kinds of audio formats, such as MP3, WMA and AAC. It can also be used to charge connected devices.

Experience real high definition with 4K ultra-high resolution video. 4K Pass Through ensures your receiver is ready for the next generation of high def video. The MCACC System automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, level and distance, and equalises the frequency response.
