Gen16 cymbals feature a unique range of holes that reduce sound pressure levels by up to 70 percent when compared to a standard cymbal. The result is a much lower volume without losing the rich authentic tone you would expect from a Zildjian cymbal. This makes Gen16 cymbals the perfect practice cymbal in environments when quieter playing is required.
