Twelve-strings means three times the tone. The Dean Rhapsody is unique in this aspect, creating a sonic experience which is a revelation upon the ears. Reaching new levels of depth, each standard bass string is tripled to add a thicker chordal texture to each strike of your riffs. The bass becomes the star thanks to its increased treble presence, allowing you to shine as every note cuts blissfully through the mix. The Rhapsody is designed with a mahogany body, which infuses the tone with a fantastic level of warmth.
A maple and walnut “C” neck ensures optimal performance, providing you with a comfortable grip whilst still ensuring enough freedom to effortlessly jump from note to note for precise and accurate fretting. A pau ferro fretboard tops off the neck with a fantastic playing surface, allowing you to glisten from note to note without any interruptions, maximising your virtuosity and freeing you to showcase every bit of skill.
The Dean Rhapsody comes attached with an abundance of features which work to maximise your playing experience. The Dean two-piece bridge guarantees ultimate intonation to ensure ultimate accuracy within fretting. This is supported by a set of Grover tuners which improve the tuning stability holding the strings in tune for utmost reliability in performance. A set of EMG HZ pickups perfectly capture every single frequency on the natural sound generated by each of the twelve strings, allowing for each one to ring with utmost clarity.
