Rhoads' famous neo-classical style and insane technical skill have reserved him a place in rock and metal's history books, and his signature Jackson pays homage to this. Dirty tones. The RRX24-7 was built to encompass a wide tonal range, but it works incredibly well with saturated, high gain settings. It comes with two high output, active EMG pickups for an all powerful tone which roars with aggression. The bridge model provides that tight, incredibly clear tone that only an active pickup can create. It will beef up your rhythm licks and make them sound incredibly powerful, emitting minimal noise when not in use.
Meanwhile, the neck position unit is perfect for lead playing, giving higher notes a scintillating, expressive quality and mountains of emotion. In combination, these pickups cover a huge range of tones, and can give you the tools you need to bring every bit of variety you need to your music.
