The Marshall JTM45 2245 uses two of the most popular, premium types - ECC83s in the preamp and 5881s in the power amp. Together, these form that magical combination which gives the amp its super rich, creamy, articulate purr and powerful voice.
It's also got a GZ34 rectifier for the ultimate Marshall sound. The compact, intuitive dials section comprises bass, middle, treble, high treble, normal, and presence controls. These are incredibly responsive, allowing you put as much attention to detail into your tone as you like. Go from sparklingly clean to satisfyingly crunchy with ease. You can use the four 'loudness' inputs blend your crunchy and clean sound together for a resounding, fulsome sound which rings with vibrance. Armed with these tonal tools, you'll be set to make music like never before.
