Ideal for mixing and mastering applications, the MRS10 provides deep, low-end extension for your studio monitor setup, providing a more accurate image of the bass and sub-bass of your track. At the heart of the MRS10 is a 120-watts Class D amplifier powering the 10-inch glass aramid composite woofer, delivering a wide frequency response. One of the most unique features of the MRS10 is the inclusion of a footswitch that allows you to bypass the subwoofer, returning your monitors to a full-range response.

Rear-panel controls and construction

The rear panel of the MRS10 features a range of onboard controls including an adjustable crossover frequency knob ranging from 40 Hz – 180 Hz. Designed to match perfectly with Mackie's MR-series studio monitors, the adjustable frequency control means the subwoofer can also be used alongside any monitor/speaker setup. Also included is a polarity switch for optimising the subwoofer's acoustic response in varied positions.

Utilising a shelf-ported design, the all-wood cabinet provides a deep and satisfying low-end response, allowing you to hear and feel the bass as you work. Equipped with vibration-absorbing rubber feet; the MRS10 minimises any unwanted resonance for a clean and focused sound. Connect to various audio gear using the stereo XLR and TRS connections.
