Vintage analog limiting amplifier

A faithful recreation of an iconic 76-style unit, the Lindell Audio LiN76 accurately recreates the warmth and character of classic American limiting amps. Fitted with an analog VU display, the LiN76 looks the part. Featuring authentic controls on the front panel that faithfully mimic the operation of original 76 type compression amps. Equipped with transformers made in the USA, the LiN76 boasts exceptional build and production quality. With TRS inputs and outputs on the back, connecting your LiN76 is uncomplicated.

Classic Controls, modern precision

On the front panel is the output and input controls and the attack and release parameters, these have retro yet ergonomic dials. the attack and release times are faster when turning the dials left and slower on the right. The attack has a range of 20uS to 800uS and the release has a range of 50mS to 1200mS. True to tradition, each side of the VU display is a set of four push buttons, on the right are controls for the VU display and the left set controls the different ratios for the compressor. The ratios of the compressor are 4:1, 8:1, 12:1 and 20:1. The buttons can be depressed all at the same time to enter a secret mode that sharpens the attack and makes your sound bright and brash. The LiN76 is ideal for producers looking for a vintage-style compressor that gives warmth and character to their sounds, using precision modern parts to recreate analog heritage.
