We will only issue a new product or refund if the supplier confirms that your product has not been activated. At the same time, we will ask them to invalidate it so that it cannot be used in the future.

To produce the smoothest delay time shifts, Colour Copy was designed around the BBD (Bucket brigade delay) circuitry. When shifting delay rates, Colour Copy changes the internal sample rate, passing the delay into the next "bucket" of the circuit, resulting in an ultra-smooth transition. This is advantageous over traditional delays as they will produce unmusical glitches when delay time and feedback is shortened or lengthened.
