To ensure that you can always produce a smooth and silky tone, the body, bell, and neck are made of gold brass. Gold brass produces a warmer tone compared to standard brass thanks to the higher copper content, making it perfect for jazz and big band music.

The Conn-Selmer Liberty tenor saxophone is one of the best options for an advancing intermediate player. As well as coming with the usual features such as a high F# key and a rocking table key mechanism, the Liberty sax also has a few special features. To ensure that all the notes on the sax seal properly, the Liberty tenor comes with quality leather pads and metal resonators. The Liberty sax also features lower stack adjusting screws, an articulated C# adjusting screw, and an adjustable thumb rest so you can find your ideal comfortable position.
The perfect finish
The Conn-Selmer Liberty tenor sax is finished in a highly alluring gold lacquer. The lacquer is used to produce a warmer, darker sound as well as its hard wearing and sustainability properties. The shine of the gold lacquer offers a fantastic finish and feels amazing in your hands. For an extra touch of class, the saxophone boasts beautiful engraving on the bell.
Included accessories
To ensure that you have the best possible experience, Conn-Selmer have included everything you need to get started. To keep the saxophone safe, the Liberty sax comes with a lightweight case that offers strong protection. On the outside of the case, you will find two robust handles. On the front of the case there is a large zipped pocket which is perfect for all of your sheet music.
Moulded especially for the Liberty tenor sax, the Conn-Selmer saxophone fits perfectly inside the case. For an extra touch of protection, the inside is lined with a soft-touch material that won't scratch your sax. There is also a dedicated compartment for any accessories.
